ORDERING
How do I place an order online?
Ordering is easy and convenient! Simply select your favourite items, add them to your shopping cart and click "check out". Simply follow the prompts to complete your order.
Can I place orders by phone?
We accept phone orders at +617 5441 7016. We are available Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST to answer your questions.
What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit or Paypal. All payments are securely processed using 128bit SSL encryption via our online payment gateway partner EWAY.
Orders paid via Direct Deposit will be posted next business day after receipt of payment.
Please note that we accept PAYPAL only for overseas orders.
Do you charge Goods and Services Tax?
Goods and Services tax (GST) of 10% is included on all sales within Australia.
How do I check the status of my order?
Simply go to our website at www.Myhandbags.com.com.au and click on the link "Order Status" on the main menu and login with the username and password you signed up with when you made your original purchase.
These details would have been emailed to you when you made your original purchase. If you have forgotten your passwords simply click on the "My Account" link on the website and click on the "Forgotten Password" link to recover your details.
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.
SHIPPING
What are the shipping costs?
Within Australia
For orders within Australia postage is free.
All Australian orders are sent via our chosen courier "Couriers Please'.
International Orders.
MyHandbags offers world-wide shipping via your choice of Air Mail or International Registered post.
Should you wish to make a purchase please email us at info@MyHandbags.com.au and we will provide you with the exact shipping costs.
After we have confirmed your order and shipping costs, dispatch will occur within 24hours or the next working day. You should expect to receive your order within 15-20 business days.
When will my order ship?
Australian orders placed by 12 noon EST weekdays are posted same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day.
As a general rule expect delivery within 3-7 business days of placing your order, however some remote areas may take a little longer.
If there for any reason is going to be a delay with the dispatch of your goods we will notify you of availability dates or alternative options.
Please note that payments made via direct deposit can take up to 3 business days to be cleared in to our account. These orders will ship the next business day after funds are received.
In the unlikely event that your parcel has not been delivered within 7 days please contact us as soon as possible.
How is my bag packaged?
All of our bags are securely packaged in standard dust bags
If you required gift wrapping please let us know and we will provide this service free of charge.
Exchanges/Returns
What is your return and exchange policy?
We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. If however for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email or phone to organise an exchange or refund.
Exchanges
We will send out your first exchange order free of charge. Any additional exchanges will attract an $8.00 postage fee.
On orders over $150 return postage on exchanges is free. Please just let us know via email that you would like to exchange your purchase and we will organise a returns satchel for you.
For order less than $50 return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
Unless the item is deemed faulty or not as described return postage costs on returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please follow these easy steps.

Please send an us an email at info@myhandbags.com.au advising us that you will be returning the bags and that you would like a refund of the purchase amount.
Step 2
Please pack the bag in its original packaging and return it to

Make sure items are appropriately secured within the shipping bag. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition. That means shoes that have been worn or are marked in any way.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: No credit is given for lost return packages. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
How long before I receive my refund?
After we receive your return package you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3-5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.
